Columbia, School of
Medicine Greenville,
College of Nursing and College of Pharmacy, the
symposium theme is “Expanding the Scope of Integrated
Behavioral Health in South Carolina and Beyond.”
The event aims to bring together academics, practitioners
and policymakers to identify a series of action steps to
further the development of an integrated behavioral health
system in South Carolina that can be a nationwide model.
Joseph Parks, Medical Director of the National Council
for Behavioral Health, will join South Carolina behavioral
health experts and USC faculty as speakers.
The symposium is free to attend and will conclude with
poster presentations, poster awards and a reception. CEU’s
will also be available for social work professionals.
